HubSpot recently launched Operations Hub, giving our customers the ability to improve data quality and streamline business processes.
Data sync is a powerful feature available to all free CRM customers.
Data sync allows teams to share data between apps and keep information in one or both systems consistent and up-to-date without manual data entry.
With data sync, you now have access to:
- Two-way data sync: Connect your apps so that your customer data stays in sync continuously with your HubSpot software–two ways, and in real time–ensuring your business has access to accurate, consistent, up-to-date information.
- Field mappings: Join the dots between your apps to ensure standard data like name and email address data is synced to the right place. We’ll automatically do the mapping for you, but you can also make changes if you need to.
- Historical sync: HubSpot will scan and sync both newly created and existing customer data so you can migrate your entire database of historical data that was created after the sync setup.
